Turning an "Undead Arthas" skin to an "Arthas" skin

Heyya guys.

I'm working on a project of mine. It's about what would happen if the Plague of Undeath never existed and Prince Arthas succeeded his father naturally. It is kind a similar to the campaign by sagi5533, which is a great campaign by the way.

The events of this story takes place 40 years after Arthas was crowned King. I've been searching for an "old-enough" Arthas model/skin that would fit the role. I stumbled upon http://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/undeadarthas.61358/#resource-38437, a beautiful skin by Hueter.

My problem is that this model is supposed to be for the Mounted version of the Undead Arthas. Could somebody do some computer magic and turn this skin into an Arthas/Arthas Wielding Frostmourne skin?

By the way, there's a story about Thrall, day of the dragon or something like that.
It actully tells about a different timeline which the plague of undeath was never spread, Arthas and Jaina were married but blackmoore took over Lordaeron
