Shape SHifter - disable spells in form

If i have a shape shifter/druid charcter is it poossible with say booleans or something to disable certain moves when in shape shift form.
EG when in wolf form you can only use "wolf" abilitys when in human form you cannot use wolf abilitys?

Use Bear form instead. It will give you a new set of abilities.
