shading?

    in the most skins all say that it needs "shading". WHAT THE HELL IS SHADING?

    shading is to darken or lighten up parts of your skin that this parts are looking 3D on the model

    hmm.... if you don't know what shading is you shoulden't start skinning at all...... :?

    Shading means to " darken " or shade in skinning. You should've learned what it is in Art during your education.

    Shading is lightning. its mainly darkening and brightening, but it's also reflection. but in skinning terms its only darkening and brightening
