Other Set image size without gallery

Sometimes it's desirable to resize an image (with bbcode, resizing the image itself causes quality loss) without it being clickable and/or showing up in the lightbox carousel (gallery thumbnails).

E.g. I have a pastebin (soon to be copied to map description) where I want to make certain ability icons smaller, but I don't want them polluting the lightbox carousel, because that drowns out the screenshots in the description. If I resize the images themselves, they're noticeably blurry.

I wish we could drag and drop images in resource descriptions without having to post it in a pastebin and then having to drag it over onto the description. Kind of a pain.
