A pretty long time ago, I extracted "blizzard.j" and "common.j" from my "war3x.mpq"-archive...
Soon I had to recognize, that these files where the unpatched ones, which came with the installation and thus they did not contain additional data, which was added with certain patches. Seeking around in my "Warcraft 3"-directory, I was not able to find files, which were up to date...
Well, this problem was solved long ago - I found recent versions in the internet. But now, I would like to get the ".ai"-files into my hands and, well, I remember that I should not use these ones from my "war3x.mpq"-archive.
So... where do I get the most recent versions of these files (in brackets I added the version numbers, dates, line counts and file sizes for comparison):
elf.ai (v1.18, 2003/04/23, 716 lines, 24189 bytes)
human.ai (v1.15, 2003/04/23, 651 lines, 22453 bytes)
orc.ai (v1.14, 2003/04/23, 656 lines, 23228 bytes)
undead.ai (no version number included and structure very different from the other three files... 672 lines, 23324 bytes)
... A recent version of "common.ai" would also be nice, for without it, I would lack a scripting reference. ^^
(my one has 2031 lines and a size of 75975 bytes)
