Searching for a tool

The other day I played a game on Warcraft 3, and some guy used a cool tool, it said who loaded the most time, who loaded the fastest, auto pinged and auto started the game when it was full o.o, anyone know what that is?

probably banlist, although i didnt know it checked who took longest to load, i havnt used it in forever
