Hero Loader Tool

Whatever happend to the Hero loader tools? I forget who made them (I never downloaded them myself) but they disapeered from wc3c a while back. I'm talking about the prog that allowed you to make those hero loading codes (like in the FM maps). I'd like to get my hands on a download somewhere if anyone can send me a link I'd appreciate it.
