Search in Conversations

It's very weird to me that I cannot do a Search in my Conversations tab even though I have 60 pages of messages going back to the early 2010s.

Is it easy to add a search for this?

some addons in xenforo is not free but the code in php is no many lines only call a database and adapt it to the forum code, this could be done in minutes if you have the Xenforo files, if you want to provide the code so the staff only has to edit it in the server. There are older versions of Xenforo you can download floating around the web, but if you want the latest versions, you have to register and start a free trial. With that, you can access basically the forum's source code, and from there you can modify that part. I think with the help of AI, the whole process wouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Finally, you would have to give the code to the staff and ask them to implement it, I suppose.

I know it sucks.

I am working behind the scenes to upgrade to XenForo 2.3. It will allow you to search in conversations natively. But I can't tell exactly when we're ready to upgrade but I'm guessing sometime this year
