subscribe to searches

Hey I have a suggestion for when searching in resoruce pages and general search - to be asked if you want to subscribe and get notified to when a someone uploads bundle or post that contains the keywords searched or other tags

and with that also a dedicated page "manage search subscriptions" - list , and unsub button
