Thats because it is meant for the same skin except when the sea giant is swimming.

Look, Sea Giant uses two skins. One for his whole body, and one for his cloakish cape thing on his back. So basically, you can download only the body, but then Boglord would miss that "cape" on his back.
It wasn't me who made it this way, it was originally made like this by Blizzard.
