Script error (war3map.j new map)

Hi ! I have this problem as in the picture here, since i change my computer. I also read through some threads about this problem but they were never be solved (or i might miss it).
However this trouble bothers me for a few days already and im stuck and so depressing, could anyone has anyways to solve this ? pls tell me.

I recommend you to use JNGP, where script procedure is externalized: Jass New Gen Pack
