"Other" and "Beach" seem to be the same, or is it just me?
However....Let me go a bit into detail on them.
Okay, let's take a look at the cave one first. It's not bad at all, however there are a few things that could be improved. Firstoff, it looks rather empty, however nature ALWAYS is detailed. You only added some grass, but adding vines, shrubs, and maybe even trees (hell yes, they would actually look cool here) would make this terrain more vivid. I assume it's outside of the cave here, right? because it is very bright and I think on the left side I can see the sea. Leads me to my next point, the waterfall. It's very well-located, however it bothers me, that it seems to be missing right behind the table, however here you could have added a few details aswell, some rocks, in the waterfal, shrubs, rocks to the side, you name it.
Another tipp: Some of the rocks in the back seem to be floating
House: Hard to comment on that single piece, since it is a playable terrains house, it of course cannot have too many details because of playableness. However some might be a nice addition, especially on the empty ground. Apart from that, I like it.
I really dislike how parallel you sorted the stones that connect the island with the land behind it... gives an unnatural feeling. The big scaled shell in the foreground adds to this feeling, however over all it's decent aswell, but you have room to improve and I see you can use this room

So keep it up!
