This is only about 1/3 of the introductory chapter to my story. It doesn't go into great description about the actual details of the plot, other than the setting. My writing is also not going to be this scientific throughout the whole story, just when talking about sciencey stuff. Enjoy :p

The planet Adranus was discovered in the year 4983 (1912A.D. in earth years). It has since been recognized as ‘the planet of kings’ due to its colossal volume, 4.29384×1015 km³ (precisely three times as large as the planet Jupiter). It was originally home to five species of aliens, whom each annihilated each other long before it was discovered. The only things found upon discovery were the ruins of cities that spanned the entire planet and microscopic bacteria, the last remaining visages from the great wars.
Upon discovery of the bacteria, it was named Schell, after the brilliant scientist who originally discovered it. Schell can be broken up into five different sections, all corresponding to a different species of alien found on Adranus. In the end, all species relate back to the same basic sub-atomic structures found in Schell.
The planet was colonized quickly and accepted by the Galactic Union of Planets. Because of its colossal size, it was deigned a planet of overlords, where the leaders from every planet in the galaxy could mutually own space. Because every planet has connections to it, Adranus is also the official meeting place for planetary leaders.
Over time, aliens (humans included) immigrated to the planet. Despite its behemoth size, Adranus’ population is only measured at about 9 billion.

CHAPTER ONE
Bus-9384 departed from the bus station at the regular date. It carried the same kinds of passengers this year as it did five years ago; martial artists. Bus-9384 was created for the sole purpose of transporting martial artists to the universal tournament. It was the only method of transport to the universal tournament (assuming you came to the planet Adranus beforehand).
The universal tournament was a showcase of the finest fighters in the universe. As I’m sure you may have guessed, it was held every five years on the planet Adranus. Here, over 200 fighters showed up to fight for the top prize: 10 million zeni and the honor of being the strongest fighter in the universe.
Among the passengers this year was a young boy, roughly at the ripe age of 11. There was something not quite right about him. He had a disturbing amount of confidence, despite being extremely skinny and short, and as a result of that confidence, he was the center of attention. Unbeknownst to himself, the boy was the talk of the tournament.
The boy’s name was Merrick Jaden. His confidence stemmed from his extreme training. Merrick had a distinct advantage over the other fighters. Despite being 11, he had trained under Master Leroi Lonnie, a name known across the universe as the greatest martial arts champion of all time. Merrick also had the DNA of a Rutendo warrior spliced into his body at birth. Rutendo was one of the five species spawned from Schell.
The Rutendo were an extremely brutal and destructive warrior race. Their entire lifestyle was based on war. To them, war was a sacred ritual of communication. They believed many emotions could be expressed through battle, such as hatred, respect, and even love.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Merrick walked across the locker room waiting for the tournament to start. He had already been off the bus for four hours now. He knew what was to come. This was the day he trained for. The day he became martial arts champion of the universe. As he walked, he reflected on his experiences training. For, this last seven years had been completely devoted to becoming #1.
But every #1 has a #2 to go along with them, and this is where Merrick would meet his #2.
Another boy, just like Merrick, had showed up at the tournament this year. He too had the same aura of confidence. He too was also 11. The only difference between Merrick and this boy were their smiles. While both were confident, Merrick was very arrogant and prideful, a refusal to lose. On the other hand, the young boy’s smile screamed death and destruction, a testament to his brazen fighting style.
The boy approached Merrick; for both knew their similarities (they weren’t that dense after all). At first glance, it was obvious to Merrick. This boy was going to be his rival. They shared a fierce glare that end with Merrick’s casual smirk. It was typical of him. He had no fear; only confidence.
So the boys ended their acquaintance with that. The tournament preliminaries were announced, and as Merrick had feared, the tournament would start tomorrow after a good night’s rest.

Hmm, seems very intriguing but I found one flaw in it.

Seems to me like you gave it two different names.

Well, if your trying to tell a story remeber, never try to make it sound badass. Cause that leads to problems. First with several names for a planet which kind of don't make sense. We don't go calling Earth The tiny planet in the solar system where humans live on or some other bs.

Its not that much of a big deal, but its the little things that give a story the sparkle they need to shine.

By the way you gona put up some more material about this soon?

Nah you add the bad ass cuddly rabbit with black sunglasses and a leather jacket with spikes riding on a rocket powered bike, half way through.
