Scaling models in model editor

Hello hivers

I want to rescale models (Not in world editor) i'm trying to rescale it in war3 model editor, but then the animation get so messy. people say i need to fix the model bones, but how to edit the bones?

i'm still new hire so bear with me okay? :ogre_haosis:
 
Create a Helper node named Master, move everything under the Master node. Set up a short global sequence of... 333 frames?
Open the Scaling tab on the Master node. Set it to that global sequence you made, and type in your scaling amount like so.
0: { 1.2, 1.2, 1.2 }

Adjust it accordingly, until you get what you wanted.
