Hi everybody, I have a problem about scaling. I tried to scale some models bigger or smaller by War3 model editor ( not in World Editor) , the model is normal when unanimated but when it moves or attack, it is not normal.
I think bones of the model were not scaled.
I need your help! Please tell me how to fix this problem!

what do u mean by "not normal", if it moves slow when walking, try changing the "walk" animation MoveSpeed, inside model editor, under sequence manager.

Thanks guys, I'm trying to fix this problem. If I have any another problem I will ask you ^^ :)
