When i scale models up or down, the bones are not altered. I need the models bones to be altered with the mesh. The model looks fine when unanimated but is warped when animated. I know how to do this in the world editor but i don't want the changes to be map specific. Been going at this for a couple of hours and still haven't figured it out. I am using War3 Editor and also i am using mdlvis, a free 3d program. Same problem in both of them. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

In Mdlvis go to Modules > Sequence Editor, then to the tag called "Bones". Press A to select a bone (green box), then Q to move it to its correct place. Then A to select another bone and so on. I'll give you a list of the most generic positions of the bones in Blizzard's humanoid models:

Bone_Head - the base of the head where it connects to the neck.
Bone_Chest - middle of the chest, duh.
Bone_Pelvis - right above the... crotch.
Bone_Arm1_R/Bone_Arm1_L - right/left shoulder.
Bone_Arm2_R/Bone_Arm2_L - right/left elbow.
Bone_Hand_R/Bone_Hand_L - right/left wrist.
Bone_Leg1_R/Bone_Leg1_L - right/left pelvic joint.
Bone_Leg2_R/Bone_Leg2_L - right/left knee.
Bone_Foot_R/Bone_Foot_L - right/left ankle.
