Hello, is there a way to save custom things you made? For example, you made some items, abilites and heroes in map A. Howewer, you decide to use some things from map A in new map, map B, but you are forced to create it from scratch, or copy them from existing map... But you have to copy it one by one. Is there a way to simply add all custom things, or modified basic abilites into another map?

You can copy>paste triggers and imports (files).

You need to do the rest manually though.

or actually.. you can transfer ALL the object data from one map to another etc. Basically open the map with a mpq editor and move the data files over to a new map and replace it. (this would overwrite data in the new map)

No, I make map A which is custom, but later on, I decide to modify abilites, add some new abilites, heroes, units in existing map, map B.
Also if I modify game constants, like max levels, food levels etc.?

Have all of you forgot about the Object Editor - Save all Object Data and the Object Editor - Import custom data?

You can either do that, or create a campaign and use it's custom data there applying all custom data to all maps in the campaign.
