Dayum, this guy is gorgeous! The mesh and textures are amazing, animations are wonderful (though they are no different from Saurus Warrior, except juuuicy 'Death', I always enjoy watching them) 💛 I would only direct your attention to the normals of his head armor and feathers as the shading there is a bit off, and it looks like you forgot to animate the eyes since they are stationary in the portraits :grin:

P.S. The portrait icon is cool 🫶

I think I accidentally optimized more keyframes than I intended

normals do look a bit eh but I thought they were supposed to be perpendicular to a textured flat surface when you use those. Its a bit confusing to me how they work

So it's Lizardmen then Beastmen then Lizardmen then beastmen.

Then the next model is a Beastmen Model? I like both to be honest but beastmen a little more!
