Have you always been frustrated by the Faceless One/Unbroken models, looking so almost cool with their clipping loincloths? Well your pains are over! With the power of rudimentary trial and error vertex translation, I magnanimously gift this to the public. Assuming that this hasn't been done better like 10 years ago or whatever
I also shifted a bit of the big tentacle arm so it doesn't clip into the leg. And made one of the textures two sided which means that from below there's no empty space on the head and spikes. I'm sure that has kept you up at night.

You can change the path in the import manager so they'll just replace the default models, that the default portrait will work with them:
