Sargeras

This bundle is marked as approved. It works and satisfies the submission rules.
Obviously it is Sargeras. :xxd:
Model: @PROXY
Texture: @~Nightmare

Our Entry for the Paired Modeling/Texturing Contest #3 - Leaders

The bundle consists of 2 models.
1. Main model
2. Portrait model

There are two textures. One for the unit model and one for the weapon model.

And yes I suck at descriptions.

An exquisite piece of art. Mesh and textures are excellent and the used animation set is pretty fitting. Work in-game and performs well. Excellent work.

Pretty Magnum Opus stuff here, dude.

Personally I think it's a tad thin for the great Demon Lord of all demons, but meh.

//EDIT// Alright, seen the animations & it all looks great. Quite a nice menagerie of anims to complement a wide range of spells & uses. Love the floating, spinning sword on Channel.

Wow, great job guys :)

I uploaded this because PROXY can't sadly (he's busy :( ) I would be happy if it will be transferred to PROXY and add me as a co-author. I don't wanna own the model because I am not the one who made it.
I added PROXY as author too. I guess both of you are able to edit it. (Remember to not update it after the deadline's reached!)

Much love from the sunny beaches of Porec! <3

Thanks for uploading it mate. Was really awesome to work with you.

The ogre animations were heavily edited but sadly I'm not an animator. I think they fit quite well, although the "bowling" (lol) isn't one of my favourites too :D

Honestly, I did expected some better animations for this guy. I thought you would edit Sea giant's ones to fit this guy. The mesh is nice, the only complain I have for the mesh are shoulder pads that are somehow out of place, I think moving them near his chest would look much better. I think something like this @Kyrbi0 mentioned to you already about Draka model. That are just my thoughts, but I think you could do better considering animations.
The mesh is nicely made, especially horns, and the texture is just wow. Great job you two.

I nearly cracked up when I saw that this guy had that ogre walk animation. For whatever reason, the ogre walk animation always struck me as so... jolly, which is one of the weirdest adjectives I could use to describe Sargeras. It doesn't detract from the model at all in my opinion; it lends itself well to how huge the guy is, though I would love to see the feet hit the ground harder. I imagine the sound of thunder every time this guy takes a step.

Other than that, what can I say? Beautiful mesh, beautiful texture, and I love the channel animation with the sword flying around him.

you should've based this model on his appearance in Chronicles...you know, Fel flames around the head and more muscular body structure...overall more "Fel-ish"

FerSZ would know what I'm talking about:)

still good job though.

Wait, what? Haven't even posted on the Draka model yet...

Both look great. PROXY, looking at them side-by-side, it seems you're definitely improving with proportions, though the Sentry seems somewhat less... blocky/chunky (not as in 'fat', though). I can also say that your pauldrons suffer from a certain 'floatiness'; on the Sentry, they look like pieces of armor, attached/fitted to her, while on your Draka, it's like they are floating there, barely touching the shoulder.

I thought the same thing too, and I was constantly looking for a better one. But as time went by, I kinda fell in love with the animation and, just as you described it, shows his massive body weight quite well, as he is literally planet sized (in his true form).

Aggramar is a titan.
Aggramar created the breakers that became OGRES..
Sargeras is a titan too.

And that is why he had ogre animations.
:D
