Ok, I am tired, I must tell you.

You are asking for too much shit in your game!
If you really don't like Wc3's engine and it's ways, just play another game!
But you need to learn programming in all cases!

I will do the systems but seriously, this project will never be done!

ALWAYS start with the terrain, the object editor work, the systems and the gameplay triggers MUST BE THE LAST else your project has nu future other than to be lost within the WWW.
 
True, all 'physical' data must be done first. Some systems (*cough* sitting on benches, picking fruit?) are really unnecessary.
30mb? You fuckin jokin? Sorry, my internet is shit. It would take me 5 hours. But the system is simple, if you want I can send you a demo map.
Is there gonna be an attachment system btw?

PS. vercas, stop complaining! You don't have to do everything in an hour! Projects don't take a week to be finished!

My map is 10% done (Or less) and i have used 5MB. I have destroyed models, unnecassary music, but yet, it's still 5MB

I'll see what i can do to lower the filesize....
I ain't even halfway with ANYTHING. I ain't got no icons, i got 30% models, no sounds, skins, JASS/Scripts... I don't get it... HOW.... HOOOOWW??? Weird.
Well, anyways, someday, i will found out what i did wrong. Maybe because over half my units is imported models, the problem is that i need thoose damn models. I can't use a zombie as a ghoul which is standing up eh?

I agree. I've informed the leader to restart the map with no imports and terrain it from there, only importing whatever is necessary for the terrain and perhaps more such as extra's for details, etc.

People seem to think that going custom is the way to go all of the time which I disagree with. WarCraft III has some pretty decent icons, music and models that will not take up as much room (better yet, probably minuscule in comparison to a custom model). Though, of course, having custom visuals is always good. We have to aim to vary.

Well, personally, i like visual much more then some boring normal WC3 units, i'd rather play a map which has custom units, then a map which uses only normal wc3 units.
That is ofcourse my opinion, and that is why i do so many imports.

BUUTT DOTA is protected, it lowers mbs about 1-2. DotA has about 10 mbs if it isn't protected.
edit : think that will be good idea to remove every model from my map, and import they again, but only thats needed. If someone want that, it can do it. I will give a map.

I need animator, and someone who can make lie system (lie-sleep).
Edit : I have unrecruited _Shadow_ because he does nothing!
Edit 2: Kole is joined to this project. And Free terrainers: who wants to start map again, with greater terrain, more doodads, environments and other stuff?
