Ripping Models

Hello, I'm currently working on a map and I am in need of some models. None of which I could find on this website. However, I have a few old maps that are no longer being updated that have some models I would like to use.

I have tried contacting the original developer, but it appears he does not use the email account that is on the map anymore. And to make things worst the map is locked.

Is there any way I could rip the models from the map?
