models not working

i downloaded some models and followed the instructions but it appears to be like this

Art Model : KingArthas.mdx, or .blp or even portrait.mdx

and when i place it on a map a green box appears, and says could not load file
any help

You have to import the BLP under the path "NerzhulHelmGray.blp" for it to work.
