Is no wonder it get disqualified. The story and the scenario is more like vengeance and love rather than battle.
The terrain, music and voice acting enchance the cinematic; making it look please to be seen.
However, I have to give a thumb down towards the camera. It camera often switch to another camera instead of sway/moving. Most of the time it sort of like..flashing from one another.
I certainly give this map a recommendation, but not highly recommend. Sorry, the camera turn me down.
actually, the theme for Blizzard contest WAS vengeance (or revenge, is there any distinction between these?), but the rules said it had to have battle scene
I have nothing to write about, it was very good, high standart, 5/5

What? The camera is awesome!
Switching the camera is in most of the cases better than Moving camera from one angle to another. The less time for one camera target, the faster it looks to be -> basics of cinematography, even amateurs knows that.
The burying scene for example, it couldn't be better! And what the scene where's the Miller beating that poor woman? It would look totally awful with camera movements!
There is no "flashing camera" or anything like that in this cin. The camera is moving naturally and it doesn't disturb at all.
5/5
Oh, and by the way, Zurg's actually studying cinematography, I am sure he knew what he was doing, better than you do, Septimus.
I saw this cinematic today and changed rating to 4/5
1.....there's a dialogue when digging is being done. "you destroyed the only love I ever knew" but the speech replaces "I" by "my heart".
2.....there's a dialogue "why do you not run out to greet me?" but the speech replaces "do" by "did".
3.....whenever there is a close up of the grass in front of camera the grass appears to be odd.
4.....there are certain camera angle problem after Amanda's body is discovered.
5.....he was digging a grave but left his wife outside. why?
Certain other camera angle problems too.
My earlier post's rating was probably due to lack of concentration.

So? It doesn't change how the atmosphere was or the story line, just some minor mistakes. The only thing I found wrong that changed the mood and enjoyment of the movie was:
1. Never did like peasants eyes, and he had this "gap" in body problem when waiting to ambush.
2.What Zelda.Alex said about leaving the body out when done the grave(Though that might have been grief...)
4.5/5
