Restricted Resource is Not invisible

Hello,
"Restricted" resources previously made a map unviewable by anyone except the administrators/map reviewers who was given partial admin ability.

Currently, restricted maps are still invisible in the map section, but they can be found when you search the posts of the person who posted it. In the past, even if you searched the posts of the poster, it would still not be visible.

Not sure if this change was intentional, but if it is not an intentional change, then maybe it is a forum bug?

Restricting it again, doesn't work. Also tried putting it in Pending and back to Restricted. Same thing.
Maybe this works differently if an administrator or moderator restricts it? I don't know the differences in code for each type of user rank.

Nope, it's the same.

Not sure if it is worth mentioning, but the key aspect of this issue was that it seemed users who were logged on were still affected by the restriction (could not see it no matter what), while guests could view it through the profile of the poster.
