[General] Required unit for purchase

So I have a unit that sells some items and I made one item Book of the Dead that only the player who has specific hero to buy it. Meaning, this unit is requirment to buy the item. So in the item properties > techtree- requirments I put my hero. When I test it the item can be bought even if I don't have taht hero... Where should be the problem?

Use trigger that checks if the player has specific hero or not, if does then just let him buy the item and if doesn't then remove that item?

I think Tech tree in items refers if they are buyable to your own Shop like Tomb of Relics. Assuming your shop is neutral, it think the tech tree requirement won't work.
It's best to trigger it.
