well im not sure what the problem is. I made it in 512*512(the usual size), and that type of stuff>.>. Did you set the loading screen itself in gameplay constants or interface?
EDIT- i maybe because i didnt apply FullScreen as a texture but still not sure

i have never personally used custom loading screens so im not totally sure but i know theres one under gameplay constants and scenario so im guessing you have to change both

on the backround, could you put the following characters on it(all nearly the same size): Itachi(sorta in the backround(faded)), Naruto(Shipuuden(To the Right), Sasuke(Shipuuden(To The Left), Ichigo(To the Right), Hollow Ichigo(To the Left) and Hitsugaya(in the center)

Hey there If you ever do sigs again, here a request from me. I think my sig would look good with Illidan on the far right side (any picture) Archimonde on the far left side (any picture) Then as you move closer in Naruto on the left side (Any picture) and Masked Ichigo on the right side (Perhaps him pointing his sword) and in the very Center Ragnaros. And perhaps using a stretched to fit Sig version of this as the backround.

If there is a backround that you would think would be easier for you to use, or think looks better, you can use it ^_^

and at the top is the arching word "Asomath". Perhaps red lettering.

The reason your custom loading screens don't work is that they are 4 blp images and one for each corner. And the original image should 1024x768.

WEU has a very nice addon called WEU Enhancer that will allow you to import a JPG and it will convert it directly into the correct BLP's and MDX's for you.

EDIT- put it up on photobucket and copy image location, and then put that into your sig using
