Requesting a skin for a lightning effect

Something like this?

Or this:
DrainManaLightning2.jpg

For the effect to be a straight blue line you should eventually change the shacke's lightning effect, as others shake and do other... stuff. You can either import it as ReplaceableTextures\Weather\lariatCaught.blp (if I recall correctly) or you can edit the SLK file with the lightning effects to create your own with this line, but currently I can only offer you this tutorial.

Thanks a lot. Can you tell me the path at which I should import the file too?

Better to do the way Darius said, so you can add it as a completely new one, without replacing a default texture.

Or as he said it too; you can replace the Aerial Shackles', rename the .blp file to lariatCaught.blp and use the path: ReplaceableTextures\Weather\lariatCaught.blp
