Request for the 3dMax 4 or 5 pls!

Hello! I have downloaded the Warcraft III Art Tools but only works with 3ds max 4 and 5...

I'd be very grateful if someone help me with either of these tools.

I'll be honest, I believe the only way to get that now is illegally. Sorry.

Mmm... Another way to import/export and edit models is using the NeoDex pluging right? But it does not work in 3dmax 2010
