Repping a user without posts?

If one people give reputation for me, how can I give it back?

go to the guy's profile and click statistics
then click find all threads started by that guy
go to that thread and click the rep button under his avatar
you cant give rep to people on their profiles

Because you are supposed to find a post of theirs worthy of reputation to give it to them on. Don't just give reputation to someone because they gave it to you as some sort of payment, that's actually against the site rules.

I see some peaples giving rep, but on the rep don't talk the tittle of one post, you know what are this?

Well I suppose its an admin function (as everything that you can see but not use)

It's negrep that comes this way usually

If you can't go to the post, it's either deleted or an error.

EDIT: That one is probably an admin-only priviledge, as Azazel said.
