[General] Replacing models with pre-existing models

I want to replace the Human Archmage model with the Jaina model but I'm having trouble making it work.

Using the MapEditor works but it took me ages to reconfigure ONE of the maps but the result was exactly what I wanted.

Replace:
Portrait
Build Icon
Unit Model
Unit Sounds

Is there anyway I can blanket this change over the entire game or should I just adjust every current map til I have doubles of them all?

Much appreciated.

If you are making a campaign, use the campain object editor and not the maps one as that covers between all maps in the campaign.

You could also write a script to load the file, alter those fields and then save it and save the map but that is not easy.

I say you will have to do that for every map if they are not a campaign.

I've tried using MPQ Master to extract Jaina's data then replace the HeroArchmage data with it, but the Archmage button is unchanged and the model and sounds disappear, leading me to believe that it is possible but I don't know enough about what I'm doing to get the desired result.
