Replacing model head with another head

Hi, I am new in W3 modeling. Is there an easy way to replace for example Peasant's head with Footman's head using simple modeling tools like war3 model editor?

Yes you can, but doing everything with only Magos' Model Editor could be difficult for beginners. It's much better if you use it with a few other simple modeling tools, such as MdlVis and MatrixEater. Tutorials and video tutorials will help you start.
