Attaching head problem

Hi, can someone help me. I have deleted footman's head and i added paladin's head. I have created bone for the head, because footman model dont have it, just ref. Here is screenshot of the problem:

As you can see, only the body moves, not the head. Thanks in advance.

Footman Do have a Head Bone. You need to Attach the Head to da Head Bone

Mine doesnt, its footman model from some Russian site. Can i do something to fix it?
