Removing Patrolling Ability/Icon

I wanted to remove the damn patrol ability
It wasted a icon position in my map. Somebody else know to remove it?

I dont think it is possible, you can change the icon and stuff in game interface but you cant remove it. you could just use spellbook to hold more spells/abilities

But it really bother me with a patrol there. It is useless for me.

Maybe useful, but I have one more question. Is the unit movable with mouse clicking on the ground?
