When you use the JNGP (Jass NewGen Pack, an enhanced editor), you have the option "mute editor sounds". Then your editor shuts up. ^^

No, some antivirus tools just think it does due to the nature of this tool, that works by injecting its own code into the process of the WE. Most tools allow to setup an exception for such cases, some have to be turned off though (like Kaspersky)

What to do
Go to File>Preferences, and there you have Sounds, right?
move the "UI Sounds" slider to the very left. That should fix it
