Annoying looping sounds

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this and I don't know if this issue has already been discussed. There is a bug in the latest patches, or at least the one I'm currently using (patch 1.31), regarding some sound effects that for some annoying reason keep looping all over the map and can't be stopped unless I restart the game. If there is anything that can be done to fix it I would be very grateful if you could tell me.

Looping sounds in HD mode have been around since the release of Reforged and it doesn't seem like they'll ever get fixed. I imagine if anything it gets worse every patch.

If you're not in HD mode then that sounds like a new issue.
