I'd like to find the latest version of a long gone RtC project, I would also like to know on what kind of exact game version does the latest RtC work.

Please don't give me any links to SharpCraft, I already am aware of it. But for certain reasons would like to test RtC.

RtC is included in JNGP by default, so I suppose that's the latest version? If it isn't I think it is on wc3n.

I think it's 1.24 but I am not sure.

I've linked SharpCraft because you could ask MindWorX about it. I'm sure he can give more details and informations regardless of subject as long as it's related to RtC or SC.

It supported 1.24e, iirc. 1.24e was released some time within the first few months of 2010, and RtC was last updated on 4/4/10:
