A refreshing Mini Game that uses the casino as it's theme. You will most likely find your self playing this map when you are bored, however you won't play it long enough as there isn't much thrill in it. It lacks some actual terrain and even more games. Approved with a 3/5 (Useful) rating.

This sounds too good to be true o-o, I'll take a look at it in a bit. If it all works, then amazing job. This is a great addition to a ton of maps xD.

So I saw your map and thought why not try as I am big gambler myself. However I have seen maps like this.

Here is my rating and comment:

To get a Hive grade over 1/5 at least 50% of the 80 (Triggered map) or of the 100 (Cinematic map) points is needed. That means at least 40 or 50 points. However if a map gets rated over 1/5 by me, that doesn't mean that I will imidietly vote it to be approved.

Originality: 4 points
It's a Casino, how original is that?

Object editor work: 8 points
It was okay no problem were found, but it was nothing special.

Scripting: 5 points
Scripting, triggering was done okay. The game didn't bug or cause any problems. However I could take infinite loans.

Terrain: 2 points
Damn, I know it is a Casino but this is just boring. You should realy try and make a building and the actual Casino, you could makeyourself be able to move. I dunno you could like arrive at the casino in the beginning with a car or something like that.

Bug Free: 4 points
You must fix the infinite loans part.

Gameplay/Fun Factor: 7 points
Not boring at all. It is an actual casino. But what could realy contribute to the fun part is if you make the building as I said before, make it able to order drinks, you know all the fun stuff in a actual casino.

Lag: 10 points
The game didn't cause lag, nice loading time.

Proper submission and crediting: 8 points
It was okay, maybe a picture or two.

In overall: 48 / 80

The map was okay overall. However there is much room for improvement. When you add the rest of the games it will be great. Try adding stuff I told you, especialy the terrain which is bad.

Suggestions:

- Actual building
- Custom music
- Drinks, Cars etc.

For the Hive rating I will give it a 2/5 and a 3/5 when the rest of the games come out. However this map could have a 4/5 if you added more stuff into it.

2/5 for now, and when you add the rest of the games I will vote for Approval

It's very interesting for a Warcraft map. I would suggest you stick to bounty hunter2's idea of an in-building casino where you can move around and do other things, but I like how you set loans to disable the prize center. It's no fun when you have infinite money, though. Taking out one loan is the same result as taking out a million loans; you lose the prize center on any amount of loans. Maybe you could set a time limit on loans, and possibly a time limit on the prize center as well after you've taken out a loan.

Custom jackpot sounds (based on different levels of winnings) would make the game much more fun in my opinion. Right now it's very plain and monotonous. You could even just add different tones of the internal sounds from the Sound Editor to give the effect.

Making a Casino game on Warcraft 3 is less original than, for example, a bunch of footmen hitting eachother? The only other gambling game ive seen on wc3 is Azeroth Poker, but i barely play on battle.net so i cud be wrong. if i am wrong then at least now theres another gambling game out there.

If you want to drive in a car to gamble inside a building then go to a real Casino. I made it all fit on one screen it make it more simplistic and so the player doesn't have to spend 10 minutes finding out where everything is.

You must fix the infinite loans part.

I made it so that you can get as many loans as you want, but if you use a loan then you can't use the Prize Center - which makes earning the money worthwhile. Having infinite loans means you can keep betting for as long as you want, which is the opposite of survival maps where if you die once, the game ends.

make it able to order drinks, you know all the fun stuff in a actual casino.

Next version you'll be able to get drunk or stoned by paying 5 gold for a shot of Vodka or 5 gold for pitch on a joint lol

When you add the rest of the games it will be great.

This map has only been in production for 3 days now lol. I assure you that by the time it is done, you will be able to do a tons of things in the Casino

Try upload the map. I mean not a new one just make it like a new version. Or first ask the moderators in the admin area. Maybe it is a bug.

I enjoyed this map, it's nice to win 1 million dollar, even if it is fictional money
Sent you a mail with a screenshot of the score. Forgot to mention there, make it so that the betting center has no cooldown. I ran out of 7500$ bets a few times.

bounty hunter2's ReddSpyder's Casino Review

I have tested this map after you have updated it and added more mini games, after my first review.

ReddSpyder's Casino is basically what the title says: A Casino. You take part in various gambling games. This isn't really a test of skills rather a test of luck.

What I highly support in this game is it's single player availabilty. There are various Mini Games you can take part in and of all are pretty much fun to play. The game doesn't lag and it works just fine. My biggest complain is the terrain as it is pretty much nothing. I have suggested you this in my previous review:

I still stand by what I had written. Other then that, the games are fun as I said but it will all become boring after a period of time depending on the person as it isn't real money so you can't really have the same thrill.

To conclude, this map was done in a good manner with a few lacks. However 3/5 (Useful) and Approved! Good job!

Oh sh.
Some casinos are good. I can't say for this one, never played it but I know a good alternative. Check out this one for a change gameart casinos list. The list is composed from the years of losses and successes.
