Really need help about Map Visuals

Those black thingy which i encircled with red...

I want to remove them to extend the visibility...anyway its not a FOG or BLACK MASK...as far as i observed...the unit visiblity ranged also can't remove that..

Pls. i need help...on how to remove or to extend while not changing the angle of the camera..

Or simply remove the black thingy..

The gray part is the one you can change from "Scenario" "Map Options...".
