Random land pathing?

Hello, i'm having a very strange problem im currently using JASS NewGen Pack (Version 1.5d). The editor has never really given me trouble at all however recently ive re-terrianed my map; i cleared everything off (made it all water) and started from scratch. Everything ran well until i tried testing my newly terrianed landmass. Upon testing there are small random invisible pathing blockers that are randomly placed all around land of the runing map. In the editor they do not appear as there. Any help would be great
