Rainbow line of doom?

I was looking through the resource sections (old, not new ones) and happened to notice this:

I am using Firefox, and it even stays upon refresh.
Occurs in the Maps, Skins, Icons, Spells, Tools, and Pastebin sections.
Might be temporary, or a random glitch with my machine, but I wanted to see if anyone saw this.

Its gone now, I just had to restart Firefox.
Very curious, but I doubt the chance of this occurring is very low.

ya i saw this before, when start opera application.
After see many thread the line gone.

Graphical error. It is because you are using FireFox and not InternetExplorer. Overall Internet explorer seems to have better graphic coding as of the current and so none such errors happen (but some displacement errors that FF does not have). I recomend using both browsers, although personally I stick to IE.
