Did killst4r leave? I mean I've heard some people say he doesn't come on any more and I just want to be sure since i want to use some of his models.

Okay, I dunno who's spreading the news of his model deletions. It's NOT true.

3 pages of his models are on the site. About the user, he was last active in April 2006, so he kinda left, but left a large legacy.

I I know he's not deleting his models I just want to know if I have to ask to use.

...since they're uploaded here, you don't have to ask anyone for permission to use them, only credit them in your map!
If you want to modify them, that's a totally different thing and you'll need his permission for that. But since he'll most likely never respond, you can't do that.
