my friend tells me he is playing Warcraft IV.
is there Warcrft IV?
if yes, where can i download it?

Lol, your friend is lying. There is no such thing as WC IV, the closest to that is the game conversion Warcraft IV, which just allows you to play more races.

I think Ogrim is getting a bit overexcited here because nobody appears to be actually pointing out to him that it's not the Warcraft IV, it's just a map called Wacraft IV that is made in Warcraft III.

It's not the 4th game in the series, it's just a map that adds some races and stuff.
