Queen of Suffering hero

Does the Queen of Suffering hero model exist somewhere? I think there is a hero in DotA but I can't find the model. This is the model in question without hero glow:

There is a hero in DotA, Akasha. The model must exist somewhere, unless it was an only-DotA model and exists only in the map.

Im pretty sure Dota's author doesn't want to use a model with little difference like hero glow. This HeroGlow solves it already.

I played around with the model editors and succeded in adding the hero glow to the model. Here is the model with the hero glow added in the attachment (both blue and red version of the model), if someone needs:
