1: Change the unit's height on the object editor
2: By in-game triggering:
Add - Crow Form to YourUnit
Set YourUnit flying height to X
Move YourUnit to YourLocation
Remove - Crow Form from YourUnit

Or if the wall is already placed on world editor, you can just put invisible platforms on them. play with the height using Ctrl+PgUp or Ctrl+PgDn and make sure the wall's path is walkable.
