Problems with Hardened Skin

I'm using Hardened Skin and I set it so you can't take damage below 3, the problem is that I get 2 and I don't understand where this problem comes from.

Probably just an intended behavior when interacting with Armor and other reductions.

But can't you just Set it to 4? If it's 1 off.

I tried that option and it didn't work

IIRC there's this "bug" with Hardened skin where if the unit takes less damage than the minimum amount, it gets bumped to the minimum

E.g. You have a minimum of 10, an enemy would deal 1 damage, now they deal 10, so it's pretty bad
