Problems with gaiasostbot in bnet.....

So recently Im unable to join games from the hostbot..... I got my w3 updated I got my firewall disabled The games arent full and I type the name of the game correctly with all capitals and blank spaces... Yet all I get is "The game could not be joined cause it cant be found " or something of the sort...Any tips that would fix this?

tried changing the servers too it doesnt work it just cant find the game for some reason

Hello this might not help but i used to have that issue before as well, but all i did was change my internet provider and that worked haha sorry, the only way u will have to join the game is to wait for it to show on ur list, at least that what i had to do when i had that issue

Yea sure... Ill change my perfectly fine and fast internet just cause of a bugged w3 hostbot...Ive got no problems with any other game or w3 hostbot not even gaias dungeon

sometimes when I get that issue I just exit out of the game search screen and re-enter it and I'm usually able to join this bot.

as you can see from above comments there r ppl who have same prob like me but they are able to join eventualy whilst I am not. Also I got no problem joining any other game on any bnet realm...Its only this bot PLEASE HELP ME ITS THE WEEKEND I WANNA LVL MY OTHER CHARS AND GEAR EM :C

I don't even know what could possibly be the issue for you. I've never had this sort of problem with the bots.
How are you typing the game name in? copypaste from somewhere or typing each letter?
Have you tried using the script hotkey then just putting in the number?
Take some screenshots. Like one of the game name you put in, and one with the message you get.

It's weird that it shows you joining the game. Could it be some compatibility issue? Have you tried a clean 1.27 install? Not update from a lower version, install from the new installer on blizzard's site.

ok i will do that right now I havent tried script hotkey cause idk what it is and Im typing it out after I see what the game name is with /whereis

You should avoid doubleposting in forums. There's an edit button on the bottom right of your posts in case you need to add something.

You can simply press printscreen to take a shot, it will go to your war3/screenshots folder as a .tga file. Alternatively, you could use some screenshot upload service. I use puush

Also, you can start war3 in windowed mode by adding it to the shortcut.

the downloader doesnt load in windows 8 for some reason.......Can I just use the original CDs i got here?

I'm still using windows 8, worked fine for me. Which link did you use? Try this one: 1.27 installer

Uninstall your current (DON'T delete all files, just uninstall in control panel). Install 1.27, use your current keys (DON'T buy more keys).

i downloaded it I tried starting it nothing happens... windows 8.1 enterprise

btw made a full reinstall of w3 and router n modem shutdown still unable to join the hostbots.... I got probs only with hostbots from Gaia others I can connect to

well sorry bout that Ill try to do that less...Im just mad cause Im gonna loose this weekend....I rarely have a weekend off work so Id like to devote it to something I like to do...Like playing Gaias...So do you have any suggestion for me or not ?
