Problems with a model

I m editing a model of Lich and for some reason i dont know the textures dont show ingame (the model is transparent exept the team color zones)
i have uploaded the skin in the map
i have put the correct path to the skin
What can be the problem and what can i do to fix it?

Maybe the problem is with the model itself, was this model an approved model in the resource section here? If not then there was probably something wrong with the material assignment or the texture alpha itself

This sometimes happens if you remove parts with teamcolour.
