You have to open the war3x.mpq
It's in your warcraft 3 folder.

MPQ master v1.2.0 can view/extract resources from ALL wc3 mpq files: war3.mpq war3patch.mpq and war3x.mpq.

Question: Does that include the hidden models such as the cars?

Yeah it does. 'wulf showed me that tool and it will indeed pry open all the cars and cycles included in the war3patch.mpq.

yay! It wasn't visible in most other things I tried, so I only assumed it wasn't obtainable.
TY wolvy, this may bring a new line of models..
EDIT: For some reason the patch isn't displaying correctly, even when I select the WC3 strings.
EDIT: nvm, fixed it.
