Problem With Custom Building

When I'm making my custom maps, I ususally make custom buildings and units. Well, when I try to make my units build the buildings, it doesn't work! It builds for like half a second, then stops and will not move further anymore. Even when I just edit a unit and a building that are already compatible. Need help!
